I had to bake a cake for a very crazy and lovely friend at work. This cake was ordered by her close fren. I did not have much idea running on my mind that time. At that point of time, I just learned how to make roses out of fondant. So then I decide I shall do a garden theme cake for "MISS Tilaka". It was a choc butter cake with choc ganache on it.
